Felipe was extraordinary. He popped out the same day and fixed the problem. The house is shared with severely disabled individuals. Neither of which can stand extreme heat. Fixing this problem was Paramount. I thought that we were going to have to wait weeks for him to come out and actually take a look, but he told us he'd be right over when he finished his lunch the same day. Now two comfortable and happy souls will have a cool house to enjoy in the summer.

I had Claudia from superior mechanical come in on time. She was very professional and honest she came on time and got right to work. She was able to find the problem and fix it within a few minutes. Prior to calling superior mechanical I had called another company which informed me that I needed to replace the unit and would cost thousands of dollars. I’m glad I called superior mechanical because of them I was able to save thousands of dollars!
